Meet Our Doctor
Drs. Gibson was born and raised in Kansas, attended Kansas State University and graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Dentistry. In 2000, he completed his pediatric dental
residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and published research in dental journals. He has been married to his wife of 27 years and they share four beautiful children. He enjoys good BBQ, golfing, skiing, traveling, coaching, and spending time with his family.
Professionally, he is passionate about giving both parents and children the best dental experience through education, kindness and compassion.
DDS, MPH
Dr. Deji Fashemo earned his dental degree from the University of Ibadan School of Dentistry in Nigeria. He then completed a Certificate of Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the University of Rochester Eastman Dental Center in New York. Dr. Fashemo was later admitted to the highly competitive orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics specialty program at the same institution, training under the renowned Dr. J. Daniel Subtelny.
During his time in Rochester, he also received advanced training in public health and clinical research at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry, earning a Master of Public Health in Clinical Investigation and Research. Dr. Fashemo then pursued a fellowship in craniofacial, cleft, and surgical orthodontics at the Indiana University School of Dentistry/Riley Children’s Hospital in Indianapolis.
Following his fellowship, Dr. Fashemo helped establish South Texas’ first hospital-based surgical and craniofacial orthodontics practice at Driscoll Children’s Hospital in Corpus Christi. As the program grew, he was appointed medical director, a role he held alongside his active clinical practice.
Now based in the Dallas area, Dr. Fashemo is excited to continue his career by opening a private orthodontic practice and supporting the craniofacial anomalies program at Medical City Dallas Hospital, where he also serves as the Medical Director of Craniofacial Orthodontics.

Dr. Ajay Ganti is a dual-degree oral and maxillofacial surgeon who practices full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery. Dr. Ganti earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Columbia University’s College of Dental Medicine. He then matriculated into the Emory University School of Medicine, where he earned his Doctor of Medicine degree (MD).
Dr. Ganti completed his surgical residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Emory University Hospital, with advanced training in dentoalveolar surgery, dental implants, bone grafting, facial trauma, orthognathic surgery, and reconstructive surgery. In addition, he completed a General Surgery internship at the Emory University Department of Surgery.
After residency, Dr.Ganti completed a fellowship with internationally renowned surgeon, Dr. Pat Ricalde. Under her mentorship and guidance, Dr. Ganti received advanced training in the management of patients with craniofacial deformities, cleft lip, and cleft palate. His passion for providing care to those who are less fortunate has led him to mission trips to Jamaica and Bangladesh. For the past 3 years, Dr.Ganti has been practicing in Atlanta, GA before deciding to move to Texas.
Out of the office, Dr. Ganti enjoys spending time with his almost 2-year-old daughter (who thinks she is a teenager) and his wife. He is an avid sports fan of any sport and loves to chat about classic movies and TV shows.
